EVENT SETUP & TEARDOWN

7:30 a.m. - 9 a.m. Set-up must be complete by 9:30 a.m.
Allow enough time so that you are fully un-loaded prior to 9 a.m.
Move-In/Move-Out is from East Dock or West Dock of Monona Terrace
Tear down starts at 4 p.m. Please do not start to tear your booth down before 4 p.m.

*A)       No coverings for tables are provided. Table cloths/skirts can be rented on the day of if you forget one (at a high cost from the Terrace so we recommend bringing your own.)

*B)      Any exhibitor who requires power, water, etc, must work with Monona Terrace directly. Cost is approximately $75.

*C)     Wireless internet can be purchased when you get to the terrace. When you go into the Terrace it will come up automatically on your device. The rate they charge is $10 and you pay with your credit or debit card on your device. You can order the morning of the show

FIVE THINGS EXHIBITORS SHOULD KNOW ABOUT MONONA TERRACE :-)

 
  1. Bring your tablecloths with you!  These are not provided. Otherwise your table will be NAKED (gasp!) One 8-foot long table will be provided with each booth space.  
     
  2. Electrical and Internet must be ordered from Monona Terrace. You will be able to order these the morning of the Expo; however it will speed up your set-up if you order in advance.
     
  3. Absolutely NO helium-filled balloons. If one escapes, it could set off the sensors for the smoke/fire detectors in the ceiling of the Expo hall. (That would be bad.)
     
  4. FOOD AND SAMPLES: Monona Terrace has STRICT sampling guidelines. Please review these guidelines (which will be sent to you after registration), and complete and return the Hold Harmless Waiver to Monona Terrace
