EVENT SETUP & TEARDOWN

7:30 a.m. - 9 a.m. Set-up must be complete by 9:30 a.m.
Allow enough time so that you are fully un-loaded prior to 9 a.m.
Tear down starts at 4 p.m. Please do not start to tear your booth down before 4 p.m. 
FUN FACT: Sunday, March 12 2017 is Daylight Savings!  Don't worry - we send out lots of reminders!

CSA COALITION’S ANNUAL OPEN HOUSE

This FairShare CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) Coalition Annual Open House runs concurrently with the Expo
The Open House historically has over 1000 visitors. Our events are co-promoted.

MADISON ST. PATRICK'S DAY PARADE

The St. Patrick's Day Parade around the Capital runs on Sunday afternoon and Expo-goers typically go back and forth

*A)       No coverings for tables are provided. Table cloths/skirts can be rented on the day of if you forget one (at a high cost from the Terrace so we recommend bringing your own.)

*B)      Any exhibitor who requires power, water, etc, must work with Monona Terrace directly. Costs will apply.

*C)     Wireless internet can be purchased when you get to the terrace. When you go into the Terrace it will come up automatically on your device. The rate they charge is $10 and you pay with your credit or debit card on your device. You can order the morning of the show
